Ordering Information

Shipping is dependent on the which method used for sending the products.  

A 3% Handling 3%  is charged on all products.

Dependent on product and inventory of those products delivery can take anywhere from 3-5 business days. 

Once you place an order you will receive an email confirming the order.  We confirm that all pieces are in stock and begin the packing of the products ordered. Once properly packed the product moves over to shipping and then the product is shipped with a confirmation email sent with tracking information.  

An invoice is emailed when order has been placed.

Payment Information

The payment is authorized and captured when the order has been taken.  

Please email us a picture of the damaged product and invoice number so we can begin the exchange process.

You can make a change or cancel  your order as long as the product has not shipped which is usually within 24 hours of placing the order. 

When the product is ordered and shipped a tracking number is assigned.  That number is assigned by the carrier as reference on your product whereabouts in the shipping cycle.
