Returns Policy

I. PRODUCT RETURNS.
  • SolariaLED 7-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. You can return your purchase for any reason for refund, exchange or credit up to seven (7) days from the date of product received unless otherwise noted. Proof of purchase from SolariaLED is required for all returns. Product/s shall be in its/their original packaging, unused, unexpired, undamaged, and in salable condition. This satisfaction guarantee does not apply to “Final Sale”, “Sourced Products” and “Special Order”.
  • RETURNS AFTER 7 DAYS and up to 30-DAYS. You can return your purchase for any reason for exchange or credit up to thirty (30) days from the date of product received unless otherwise noted and shall be subject to a 20% Restocking fee. Proof of purchase from SolariaLED is required for all returns. Product/s shall be in its/their original packaging, unused, unexpired, undamaged, and in salable condition. Some product returns may be denied or made subject to restocking fees and other charges by SolariaLED.
  • FINAL SALE, SOURCED PRODUCTS and SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS. Items sold on a “Final Sale”, “Sourced Products” and/or “Special Order” basis include: (i) Custom items; (ii) purchases made under the Custom Product Center from other manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers; (iii) special-order items or no longer manufactured product; (iv) emergency response items; (v) items marked in Sourced Product quotations or invoices as “Non-Cancellable” or “Non-Returnable” and (vi) any other items that SolariaLED may designate as a “Final Sale” from time to time.
II. RETURNS PROCESS.

If you need to return an item, contact us directly via email: luis@solariaLED.com when returning a product, please do the following:

  • Carefully package the item(s) and include the packing slip with reason for return written on the packing slip. If the packing slip is not available, please provide the purchase date, the original invoice number and the item number for the product.
  • Indicate whether you would like a replacement product or a credit (see Product Returns above).
  • Please prepay shipping – SolariaLED does not accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D), nor pay for any returns shipping costs.
III. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.
